Booking
A 30% deposit is required to hold your session date.
Early/Late Arrivals
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes. We frequently have back-to-back bookings and cannot accommodate early arrivals.
We take every session booking seriously, and spend time preparing for each one. If you are going to be late, please call. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and we have not heard from you, we will consider you a “no-show” and will cancel your session/consultation without refund. If there are extenuating circumstances, we are very understanding, but please call or email at your earliest opportunity.
Cancellations
As our calendar is typically booked several weeks out, we require seven days notice to cancel or reschedule your session.
Payments
Payment plans are available for your session. All fees are due by the date of your session, prior to shooting Print and product orders require a minimum of 50% down payment at the time of ordering.
Payments for Boudoir Parties are due seven days prior to the party date and, for the benefit of the hostess, are non-refundable.
Model Releases
We provide each client with the opportunity to allow us to share their images on our website, Facebook, studio marketing and/or advertising materials. This is absolutely not required as we respect the privacy of all our clients. Model releases are discussed in more detail during proofing sessions. Your images will never be shared without your consent.
Archiving
Though we make no guarantee that your images will be permanently archived, Boudoir by Wallflower makes every effort to secure your images with both in-studio and off-site backup. As all digital images are available for purchase, Boudoir by Wallflower assumes no liability for data loss after your contract is complete.
Other
Due to the nature of the studio, we ask that you do not bring children to your consultation, session, or proofing. We love kids, but our studio is not child-safe and you will not want to have your attention divided during your consultation, session, or proofing. We also do not permit significant others to be present during the session (but they are more than welcome at the consultation and/or proofing!).
